Payment

• No COD's or cash please.
• Illinois residents must add a 7.75% State Sales Tax to their order. Orders from other states are tax free.
• On occasion merchandise is out of stock due to unexpected demand. If this is the case your order may take up to 4 weeks to complete. If there is a delay, you will be notified within 30 days of your order date and will be given the option to cancel.

Returns and Refunds

• We want you to be happy with your LaLaLand Teddy Bear purchase. Please let us know within 7 days of receipt if you are not fully satisfied with your order.
• Defective merchandise may be exchanged within 30 days of the customer's receipt of their order.
• If you are not satisfied with merchandise that is in saleable condition, you may return it for credit within 30 days of the receipt of the order.
• Sales slip is required for exchanges and refunds.
• Refunds are offered in the form of the original payment.
